Orders and Shipping
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on orders of $70 or more.
When will my order ship?
Each order is prepared by hand and ships within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Please allow additional time for delivery.
When should I order for the holidays?
For corporate and custom gifts, place your order by November 15. For collection purchases, place your order by December 16.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery. Consumable products, including tea and Tea Sugar, cannot be returned.
To begin a return, email info@maisonchemin.com with your order number.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email info@maisonchemin.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
Fragrance and Body
Where are your products made?
Our products are made and filled in-house at our Atlanta atelier.
I had a custom fragrance made with Chémin. Can I reorder it?
Yes. Your formula is kept on file under your name. Visit our Reorder page to refill your custom fragrance or reorder body products made with your formula. Enter the name associated with your formula before adding the item to your bag.
Can I subscribe?
Yes. Nirvana, Serenity and Tea Sugar can be delivered monthly, with a 10% savings, or every 3 months, with a 5% savings.
Custom Fragrance Refills can be delivered every 3 months, with a 5% savings, or twice a year.
Home Scenting
What is whole-home scenting?
Whole-home scenting brings fragrance into your home through professionally installed diffusion equipment, with a scent selected for the way you live and ongoing care from Chémin.
Where is Home Scenting available?
Home Scenting is available in the Atlanta metro area.
How does the consultation work?
The Home Scent Consultation is $395. We visit your home to understand how you live, how you use the space and the feeling you want to create.
Your consultation fee is applied in full toward installation when you sign your agreement and submit payment within 30 days.
What does installation include?
Installation begins at $2,250 and includes diffusion equipment you keep, professional installation, your first 3 months of fragrance oil and a follow-up visit.
For Business
Do you work with hotels, spaces and brands?
Yes. Chémin provides sensory design for hospitality, commercial spaces and brands.
I want to create my own fragrance or body brand. Can Chémin help?
Yes. Chémin can help develop your brand foundation and first product through an approved sample. The process begins with a discovery call.
Do you host private events?
Yes. Chémin offers fragrance experiences for private groups by request.
Gifts
Do you offer corporate gifts?
Yes. Chémin creates fragrance and home-ritual gifts for clients, teams and the people you value.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Chémin gift cards are available from $50 to $350.
