As one of the few Black female entrepreneurs in the fragrance industry, she partnered with JC Penney to expand Chémin’s affordable luxury collection to 50 locations nationwide.

Nichols’s extensive travel and expertise in crafting luxury fragrances solidify her as a respected leader. Through her Fragrancepreneur program, she empowers fragrance enthusiasts and aspiring entrepreneurs with education and mentorship. Recognized by Black Enterprise and Essence, her collaborations with Gilead and Mastercard further her mission.
