A fun way to tap into the energy of change and reimagining your life is to physically go somewhere new. Go to a new restaurant and take yourself on a lunch date, take a walk in a park you’ve never been to before or drive to a hilltop where you have a different view of your town or city.
Then, think about what you want in your life right now.
What do you want to change?
What do you want your life to look and feel like?
What do you want to do, be or have in your life?
What feels fun and exciting?
What feels scary but completely possible and invigorating?
Take some time to play with different ideas in your mind.
Your actions count.
Your actions shape you and they shape your life. If there is something you want to change about yourself or your life, you need to do something different.
Think about what small steps (or big ones!) you can take today to make the changes you want to see in your life. It may not be easy. And we all know that staying in your comfort zone is very…comfortable.
